This self-paced course is designed for support workers in Transition Housing programs who assist aging and older women fleeing intimate partner violence. BCSTH recognizes that all member programs work to put into practice anti-oppressive, intersectional feminism. This includes making sure that no woman is refused services, and that all women feel welcome and safe in anti-violence spaces. Still, barriers do persist. This course is a practical resource that explores ways Transition Housing programs can expand access to their services for older women.
